The shipping cost is included in the advertised price.

The oranges are harvested and shipped on the same day that you selected as the "shipping day" when placing the order.

If weather conditions do not allow us to harvest them on the scheduled day (they need to be dry for proper preservation), we will collect and send them on the first business day with favorable weather.

The estimated delivery deadlines provided when placing an order are approximate and are met in 85% of cases. However, there is a very small percentage of incidents beyond the control of our company, such as those caused by weather conditions or others, which may result in delayed delivery. Naranjas de Cullera cannot be held responsible for these delays, although in any case, we will ensure the best interest of our customers.

In the event that delivery cannot be completed at the provided address, the carrier may contact the customer to arrange a new delivery. Therefore, we request a contact phone number at the time of placing the order.

Please be aware that, although problems in this regard rarely arise, transportation companies do not guarantee delivery to the recipient's door, only to the entrance or portal. In exceptional cases where the transportation company does not agree to deliver to the recipient's door, we will consider our contract fulfilled. In such a situation, the customer must collaborate to collect the package from the entrance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these occasional cases.

If you receive the box in poor condition due to transportation, please make a note of it on the carrier's delivery note. Sign and accept the delivery, take a photo, and send us an email at info@naranjasdecullera.com with the subject "Transportation Complaint." In the email, briefly describe the defects found, attach the photos, and indicate whether you would like us to send you a new order or refund your money.

If for any other reason, you are not satisfied with the oranges, please contact us, and we will offer you a solution.

By default, your order will be shipped on the date indicated as the "Next Expected Shipping Day". However, you can change the shipping to another date during the purchase process according to your personal preferences. Please note that the majority of boxes (approximately 85%) are delivered within the expected timeframe, but the remaining 15% might experience minor delays depending, among other factors, on your location. In any case, the estimated delivery date is indicative and is not guaranteed contractually.

The actual dates may differ from those indicated here due to special circumstances. Therefore, please take the following into account when placing your order:

Shipping dates may undergo changes:

  • Weather Conditions: If adverse weather prevents harvesting, we will send you the oranges as soon as possible.
  • Fruit Ripening: If at a given time we don't have enough ripe fruit on the trees, we will need to wait a few days for it to ripen and be suitable for harvesting.
  • Logistics: Replanning or unforeseen events in our daily operations.
  • Early Shipping: Orders placed during the morning of a shipping date may be sent the same day, resulting in delivery ahead of schedule.

Delivery dates may undergo changes:

  • Holidays: Naturally, your order cannot be delivered on a public holiday in your city. Additionally, in some countries, there are areas where Saturday delivery is possible, while in others it is not.
  • Special Transport Issues: Package loss, incorrect address, recipient's absence, etc.
